Farmholidays - Introduction

Our agricultural company, which is situated in a wonderful area of the Ligurian Riviera, the olive valleys, 14 km from the sea, offers accommodation in 4 rustic apartments in the traditional Ligurian style.

Our hospitality enterprise was founded in 1996. The philosophy, which accompanied us through the realisation of the project, was the development of our region, which offers unique countryside, extremely friendly people and a centuries-old tradition.

In our apartments, which are furnished in different rustic styles, 12 beds are available. The infrastructure available in our area led us to take the decision to offer only accommodation.

We, The Cotta family, are able to serve you in english, french, and italian languages once you get here.

Casa Rosa

The "Casa Rosa," built in a rustic style, is inland approximately 1.5 km from the town.

The land surrounding the apartment is used to cultivate lavender and during June and July the blue colour of the blooming lavender makes the countryside look uniquely picturesque. The spacious garden provides garden furniture, sun umbrellas, barbecue facilities and lots of sun.
Description:
Rustic accommodation, 55 km², 4 beds. First floor: Living room with wooden fire place, kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, kitchen equipment, bedroom, bathroom (wash basin, shower, WC). In the basement is a second bedroom, accessible by a stone staircase.

Casa Il Roccolo

The "Casa Il Roccolo" is a small independent villa, immersed in nature, 1.5 km from the town centre. The villa is surrounded by lavender fields and a small oak wood. Due to its situation on the top of a hill, a wonderful view of the panorama over the "Val Prino" and lots of sun are offered. It is without doubt the ideal place to make decisions and spend the night surrounded by nature without missing out on the sea or other areas of the Riviera.

Description: The "Casa Il Roccolo" is a detached house of 110 m² with two storeys and 9 beds. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden. Ground floor: Dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, (washing machine, oven, toaster ... ), one bedroom and a bathroom. First floor: Two bedrooms, one room with three beds, a balcony and a second bathroom. Outside is a large garden with a table, chairs, barbeque facilities and deck chairs. In addition there is a spacious car park and central heating.

Casa Amei

The "Casa Amei" is situated in the countryside and there is a wonderful view across the whole valley as far as the see can be enjoyed.

Pantasina is a quiet area, the landscape is hilly and the sea is 20 minutes away by car. In the town are two grocery stores, stocking products typical of the region. There is also a trattoria (typical Italian bar) and a small restaurant.
Description: The ground floor has a separate entrance, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor has a room with two single beds, through which a bedroom with a double bed is accessible. There is a balcony (with table and chairs), accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a wood stove and electric heating.

Casa Il Noce

A house typical of the 1940's Ligurian style, the "Casa Il Noce" is situated in a green and quite area. Surrounding the house is a large enclosed garden, with tables, chairs and small barbeque facilities.
Description: 80m² living area with 5 beds in two bedrooms. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, toaster), a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a bathroom on the ground floor.

The house is heated by central heating.

The Sea

From the end of May until mid-September the sea, the sun and the beach offer unmissable pleasure.

The area's irregular coastline offers different bathing areas with sandy beaches. Typical of the Ligurian coast are the successive bays and coves, which offer calm and not overcrowded beaches with crystal clear water.

The Nature

Our valleys offer the ideal surroundings for hiking, mountain biking and a range of outdoor activities. The quietness of the area makes our farm ideal for children, who can play in an almost unlimited area.

Gastronomy and Folklore

The traditional folk festivals of gastronomy and the different folklore festivals, which occur in spring, summer and autumn in our valley, give tourists the opportunity to get to know forgotten dishes of old Ligurian gastronomy.
